I received timely feedback regarding showings and offers. Ben is the quintessential realtor - the perfect mix of market knowledge and personable helpfulness without being the least bit pushy.  Always showed us appropriate examples of what we asked to see, but also expanded our boundaries to places we didn't know we wanted to see.  Especially helpful to us as we were new to the area.  Wholeheartedly recommend him to all without reservation.
