I am a Realtor and brought a perspective client to this community. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Shannon Stevens...Such a refreshing experience, What a wonderful person! Besides being over the top friendly, she handled my client with amazing care and helped her through the process from start to end! We viewed the apartment at 10am and had a signed lease later that afternoon. Her employer is lucky to have her! Thanks again Shannon as that was truly the best experience I have ever had bringing a client to a rental community!

The new Lake Worth Beach community, The MID, is brand new and such a beautiful place. The property offers so many conveniences and is centrally located. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. The management is so knowledgeable and helpful. A special thanks to Heidi and Trent. They guided me through everything and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I am moving from New Jersey, and do not know much about the area! I am very appreciative to have the support and guidance offered by them as I am not familiar with the area. This experience so far has exceeded my expectations. The location of the property is a huge plus as it is close to the beach and historical Downtown. Excited to be moving here soon!

I have been living in this apartment complex for a few months now and I love it! I moved in since before they had their clubhouse and I have to mention how much I love the way everything looks now. My unit is brand new including the appliances. Heidi the property manager, Trent the Assistant manager, and Ray the construction supervisor have been awesome with helping me move in. They were so helpful and always made sure I was satisfied. Moving didn't feel as stressful as it normally does and the team at The MID was the main reason I had such a smooth and easy transition into my home that I love. Everyone in this community is awesome and they have the most friendly and most adorable pets. If you're thinking about moving Lake Worth don't hesitate to come here because it is 7 minutes away from the highway and Literally only 10 minutes away from the beach! Honestly am very happy with this place and I'm looking forward to be a part of this community for a long time.
