Do not, and I mean do not, live here if you like privacy. They force tennants to undergo 2-3 inspections a month (that's 24-36 inspections a year, geez) for reasons that never seem to be conclusive in terms of maintaining anything. They've also installed water restricting pipes if they think you're using 'too much water???'. Not a good place to live if you're rarely home as they can come in whether you like it or not.

Speak up and speak out about the Notice to Enters and invasion of your privacy! THIS IS NOT NORMAL OR OKAY TO DO TO TENANTS. Leave a 1 star review if you're fed up. They apparently pay more attention to these reviews than they do at the main office. Speak Up!
