I work with the owner, Ron, at American Property Management and I couldn't be happier with his service over the years. He's super at his job, he's a great all-around guy, and he's easy to talk to. It's always very easy to get a hold of him with any questions, concerns, or requests. I really enjoy our work relationship, and he's always there for me if I need him. He takes care of whatever I need right away for any of my properties. Thanks Ron!

I own unit 4156 Spitfire... since 2016, is now 2019 and still waiting for American Property Management Group Inc to paint the house exterior, replace the fence for the new one they been talking about for a few years and re plant the common areas. Now APM need owners to renew the HOA governing document and all owners are thinking if it worth keeping APM...I certainly think and HOA is need to maintain order and control, but and HOA that work for the owners, not one collecting $ and nothing changes. I'll sign the doc when my villa is painted and the rest of the job are done or have a written commitment that will be done.

This the worst place I have ever rented from. The place was not cleaned before I moved in. The pool leaked and I had to put water every other day. Water $80-90 per month. If I called for maintenance nothing was done. Stove was filthy. No blinds at some of the windows. Patio door blinds would fall every time you opened the door. Things that were wrong when I moved in my deposit was taken for repairs. I had carpet professionally cleaned when I moved out yet he took $100 from my deposit it said for carpet cleaning. Run run run DO NOT rent from this place. Ron is worst property manager you could ever come across. Don't believe those good reviews they're probably his friends.
