Monica is AMAZING!!! This is the second time we have used her services to sell a property in the last two years. Both times she had them sold with a week to 10 days and she makes the process so smooth. We live in Canada and met her the first time 2 1/2 years ago, and liked her from the get go. She looks after everything and gets you the best price possible and then some. We think she is outstanding and would not go to anyone else as she is trustworthy and works hard to make sure everything is looked after and keeps in touch with you through the whole process. If you need a reliable realtor, call Monica, she truly is the best!!!

We are on the verge Of purchasing our Second home,nour first experience was more on the down side due to Working alongside with a realtor That was very difficult and at times almost impossible to get in contact with.nThis time around my wife and I both felt as if Miss Monica is sent from heaven’s!!nMiss Monica is extremely knowledgeable with the Area,nWe extended our search throughout a 50 mile radiusnMiss Monica is very Professional she goes above and beyond to ensures our trust in her.
