Grimy. Sylvia Quintanillas-Rojas and Charlie Rojas should not be in business. They pick and choose what they want to follow in their lease. They then break one part and enforce another. They will tell you one thing and then do the opposite. They do not make repairs unless it gets to the point of threatening with court even after offering solutions to make the cost less. They would rather just tell you to move than they would make reasonable repairs. They have insulted my guests while in my home. They have insulted my roommate. They are bad business. Stay away from any homes that they are a part of.
