I would not recommend this company on Air BNB or any other platform because I stayed in one of their homes for a two week vacation. The home served the purpose for our get away however, the home was not cleaned well AT ALL. We complained about having to but cleaning supplies to clean on our first day when we arrived and was given a 1 day refund which was fair given we spent our first day cleaning. While they were semi professional while we there, besides them being rude as if we might be lying asking for proof, they were truly unprofessional with the review they gave us afterward. Because we complained, we made sure to leave the property in good condition when we departed. They also made it very clear that their customers would be charged for any trash, removal of belongings, or poor conditions. We did not incur any additional charges but they claimed we left the home unmaitained and run down which couldn’t be any further from the truth. It seems that when people are honest and complain about their property they get offended and lash out with lies about their paying customers. You can tell by their reviews on the pages of their properties. If anyone says anything bad, they will bad mouth the customer and I don’t believe anything they say of anyone else because they lied about me and my group of travelers. If you are thinking of booking a stay with them, save yourself the hassle and book with someone else.

I should have read the reviews on here before renting from them through AirBnB.nI have rented through AirBnB multiple times and host 2 AirBnBs.nBeware and look elsewhere. Disney reservations are sold out for 2/4 parks during our stay - which is still over 2 months from now. They absolutely refuse to refund, basically telling me too bad and to just change my reservation, which I can't because thats my vacation week from work. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service especially when trip cancellations are due to COVID issues that are out of our control.

We were initially pleased at the cleanliness of the house as well as great pool maintenance. Our biggest issues came up when dealing with this companies customer service.nFirstly, a woman told us a certain price for pool heat over the phone and then just before we were to arrive they more than doubled it! When confronted about this, they proceeded to accuse my aunt of lying, saying that no woman worked on the day of the call. Second, after our stay we suggested (very respectfully) in our air bnb review that the place was in need of some updating ie; replace a few uncomfortable mattresses and some unusable cookware. Their response was shocking! This company proceeded to unnecessarily, publicly post my aunt's first and last name (she only made her first name public for privacy reasons), where we had travelled from, and how long we stayed. They also left a long rambling response to our simple complaints and eventually went as far as insinuating my aunt is a liar yet again!nOverall I give the company a poor review because they have horrible customer service, and acted childishly when faced with respectful and honest constructive feedback.

Dec. I sent a message asking for clarification regarding the heating hours of the pool. I asked if they were based on dates or 24hrs. At which time they explained they were based on nights. January 21, 2020, we decided to heat the pool based on the information provided. We arrived the rental unit at Tuesday, February 25, 2020. The pool cover was on at that time. We read the rental instruction book to try and figure out what to do. The only instructions provided were to cover it when we were done. Since we were leaving Sunday, that is when we would be done with the pool. We rolled the cover up and the water was cold. So we chose not to swim. Wednesday, we actually used the pool as it felt warm to us. Thursday, the pool was colder so cold my three year old started to shiver so we took him out. Friday we wanted to use the pool when we got back that evening. However, it was even colder. Saturday we woke up and the pool was freezing. I refereed to the book again, it said it should I call “immediately” if it felt cold. I called at 11:56am. That was the first time I inquired about the temperature of the pool. No where around the pool did I see an actual thermometer for the pool to verify it was even heated. I spoke with Phyllis. I asked her how do I know if the pool is heating properly. She asked if I had the cover on. I said “no”. She then said that was common sense to leave the cover on and if I left the cover on at night it would be nice and warm. She said the pool was only heated between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm. In a previous message they said the heating schedule was based on dates not hours. I would have never paid for Tuesday, we didn’t get in until after 8PM and Sunday we left before 8am. I’m from Montana and I have never owned a pool. I told her that comment was rude and tacky. She turned around and said sorry if you took it that way. I said, well it is not common sense and her comment was unwelcome and uncalled for and I deserved and apology. She said she has been explaining this for over 20 yrs. If that is the case, why isn’t it written down? Honestly I have no idea if the pool was actually heated to 84 degrees at any point of our stay. The book said between 80-82 yet their message said 84. However, that isn’t the point. The water was NEVER in the 80s. How do I know this? After we left, I stayed with family and their pool was heated to 80 and it felt like bath water. There isn’t a thermometer to actually verify you are receiving what you payed for so buyer beware. Anything over 70 degrees is warm to Montanans. The hours of the pool heater was not disclosed in the agreement nor in the binder. We were planning to use the pool after we put the kiddo to bed however, it was always too cold. I was extremely upset with the treatment I received when I called to ask about the pool. I ended up calling back later Saturday afternoon. The gal that answered finally called out a tech out. Carlos showed up at 2:10 to do the maintenance. He mentioned the cover should be replaced. He opened a locked area up to look at the temperature. He verified that no heat was going to the pool. He covered the pool up before he left. I called back at 5pm that evening since the pool was still cold. They took my information and hung up. I called 30mins later and still nothing. I messaged them and I received a message saying the temperature in the swimming pool is not an emergency. However, the book clearly stated to call immediately if the temperature of the pool was cold. Nothing was resolved and I asked for my money plus an inconvenience fee. I paid for the pool to be heated MY ENTIRE VISIT and chose that residence because of the pool. $175 for the heating of the pool and $25 inconvenience fee. They only supplied 2 rolls of TP for 3 toilets. I am just glad I read a previous occupants review and brought my own. I would not recommend this particular home for any children under the age of 5. The stairs are not only steep they are met with a tile landing. Use caution when booking with small children.

Over the years we've stayed in five of their vacation homes all were fantastic if we had a problem they took care of it very quickly we will be back again to stay with them at some point in the future
