The lack of maintance is horrible now every apt getting there fences ready and nobody has even been to our apt. We revived this aot with no bathroom closet door and when you ask if our frente could be fix maintance stated its only the ones that are bad and our is falling off but his was done all New and his was not even falling i guess its called preference but to charge the rent tbey are quick but not for keeping apt updated please never rent here.Horrible service.

Avoid renting at all costs, we moved in over the weekend in September only to find out there are roaches for ourselves and we have a baby, the apartment we were told was cleaned....it definitely wasn't, there were dead and alive roaches on traps under the stove, we moved it all and cleaned it ourselves since the cleaner they have doesn't clean. Also beware if you have pets because they started over charging us for pet rent which other management had to fix, when you email they don't get back to you about issues but if its something that they deem important then you will know because notices will keep being left, they care about the money not you or your family, we had to learn this the hard way.

This have been by far the best apartment community I've lived in. The property manager is so kind and always available when needed. Freddy is the only maintenance guy on property but is so reliable and helpful for the community. Its very quite and cozy. I am truly happy to be here.nThank you Wingwood.

Do not waste your time, effort or money! Management has no idea what they are doing or how to write a lease. They will bait and switch you! They tell you the rent is a certain amount, get you to sign a lease and then try and charge you more by editing the lease and then asking for more money after you set up your utilities! Staff is clueless about everything and have no business working in this field. Please do yourself a favor and find a more reputable place with more professional staff. Side note: the units are tiny, no smoke detectors and they have command hooks on the cabinets instead of knobs. Go elsewhere!
