Gabby was so great! She went above for me to get into my new home. & I love it! The community is so clean, very friendly. & my home is the best part! Fits me perfect. Everyone one in the office was awesome! Thank you all for all your help. I appreciate it so very much.

I enjoyed my vacation in arbors with my family even though covid has been going on. I spent most of my time inside this beautiful neighborhood. I Will be moving there next year and that will be the first place I stop to find my home. I enjoyed my walks around looking at the nice views. The trash man always picked up my trash when I put it out inside the nice little bin outside my door. He also helped to give me directions around the neighborhood. Maitenance very nice when I needed anything fixed they came right away. Thumbs up to you guys!

I helped a friend pick this place being that he originally lives out of State and just wanted to say Gabrielle Timothy was amazing. Reading these reviews gets me nervous since there’s so many complaints about the property manager but I can definitely vouch that Gaby has been very attentive and helpful during this stressful process.

I’ve never been more excited for a lease to end. Doesn’t provide enough guest parking. They offer guest passes for $10 that you can print but some people don’t have access to printers. If i’m paying $15 a month in addition to my $1400+ rent to park my own car where I live, my guest should not be towed for parking right next to a guest spot when no other spaces are available. In addition to this, the raccoon issue is ridiculous. Latches should be provided for trash cans if there is a known presence of raccoons or other pests. Constant lights flickering in the hallways of the buildings that go unfixed for months. The one time I had to call maintenance on a Sunday, I received attitude as it was their day off and apparently I was inconveniencing them for an issue I could not fix myself. And when you call or email to speak to an representative of the complex about any of the above issues, it will usually go unanswered. They paint a nice picture when you’re signing the lease but I would not recommend living here to anyone.

I do not have good references for this complex, today we received a call threatening to evict us, since we had not paid the rent for this same month of January since both my husband and I were infected with Covid 19. which prevented us from working in several weeks. How is it possible that if the President of this country says that evictions are prohibited, these people continue to threaten to evict us? There is no consideration, despite the fact that a written communication was sent informing that we were sick with covid, the tests were sent and still, they call us threatening us, and in a very rude way, that if we did not pay today before the 1pm they evicted me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SELF TO LIVE
