As our Community manager, April Kaiser has consistently resolved typical and non-typical maintenance problems facing every community. Ms. Kaiser is always available by phone or performing inspections within the Community even after normal business hours or on weekends. I have owned my home for almost 10 years and have always relied on Ms. Kaiser to ascertain that HOA rules and regulations are enforced, that I am kept informed of community activities and meetings, that the landscaping is well maintained and that any contractors performing repairs are well-vetted, responsive and professional.nnI have read many negative Community Management and Property Management Company reviews written by home owners in other communities. I could not find a single review that did not praise Ms. Kaiser or rate her less than 5 stars. Thank you Ms. Kaiser for your professionalism and for taking care of the Woodland Terrace Community.

Jenna was wonderful. She was very patient, efficient and professional. She was a pleasure to work with. The team at Leland Management communicated well with each other and handled matters at a fast pace. I was very pleased with my experience.

This was a great presentation, tons of great information, good handouts. The presenter was well spoken, kept things interesting, approached difficult subjects with candor and humor. My only suggestion is as this is such broad reaching subject matter, maybe this could be done in two parts. I’m eager to sign up for more!
