Had to cancel a monthly rental due to COVID and they charged me almost $4,000 to cancel. Disgusting.

As a follow up to the original rate and review - the company followed up and was willing to change the reservation without the penalties or risks. We had already made other arrangements but I do appreciate their flexibility! Our trip is fast approaching and we're anticipating a great time!nnOrig. review: Booked a unit months in advance of our visit. Within 2 weeks of booking, requested a change for a larger unit. Keeping in mind, not canceling but increasing our spend, the company wanted to charge $300 and credit card fees to change. PLUS risk refunding my deposit of more than $500 if they're unable to rebook the original unit. Wow! Airlines got nothing on these people! Moral of story: don't book unless you're absolutely certain a change will not be necessary!
