I called to see if they had any open 'rooms' available and the employee named Karen seemed argumentative with me and said that it wasn't a hotel. I new I made a mistake and I tried to correct myself, but she seemed to have an attitude with it and throughout the conversation. Also, if you are in the military like me, don't bother! They don't consider you as a sea worker even if you are in the Navy and you work primarily in the ocean. She didn't ask my situation or how much money I made and assumed that I made too much. Being treated this way is really unfortunate. I really wanted to explain my situation but after a few seconds of her attitude I decided that I had enough.
