This will be our third year staying with this company for our annual family vacation and each year has been wonderful. They truly take pride in caring for the property and have always been available to assist me in any way. We have a large family and it is so convenient having the boat slip right out the door. I especially love the security features with the elevator, etc. Highly recommend using them to book your next vacation.nNycole and William

Terrible experience with this company. We had reserved one of their properties when COVID-19 caused Florida’s Governor to prohibit them from renting to us. But KWVP refused to refund our money, even though they couldn’t deliver the rental. We had to dispute the charge with the credit card company - and during that process, KWVP implied that we had canceled (knowing we hadn’t), inducing the credit card company to initially rule in their favor. After we provided all the information, though, the credit card company changed their ruling and reversed the charge. It took several months and a lot of time and effort on my part just to get back the money KWVP should have refunded in the first place.

Coming from a local I'd stay far away. Just another place that WILL take advantage of you. Do not give them any deposits or any personal information. Just run. You're welcome.

I just had the worst customer service I have had in years. I was inquiring about a vacation property by email and after a series of vague questions by email they suggested I call to talk about it. I did and was greeted with a rude agent who was short with me, yelled at me, told me my emails (no more than 2 sentences) were sarcastic and I deserved the treatment I was getting. She yelled at me and ended up hanging up on me. I got off the phone shaking, not knowing what had just happened or how a conversation about a vacation rental had just turned into an attack on me.
