I recently departed their property management services after confirming with my tenants that the service Has declined significantly. The agency either trough poor management or over commitment has failed to keep their best property managers. Luckily I was able to hire one of their former managers as my current property manager. I’m not one to leave poor reviews but I feel I wasted a lot of funds on below par service not to mention the number of property managers that have departed this agency - to me that saids a lot. It’s very disappointing to keep having to relay the history or problems of the house to a new manager each time. I hope they are able to correct what I deem as internal HR deficiencies and staff commitment.

I highly recommend this agency if you are listing or renting properties. They are very responsive and know their market. A quick conversation and they pointed us in the right direction after weeks of searching alone. As a result, a three week search was resolved in less than 2 days.

Joe Richardson was very professional and helpful. My wife, kids, and I stopped by their office on a Saturday and happened to catch Joe. He helped us even though the company office was closed and it was his day off. Joe talked us through the different areas surrounding Crestview with pros and cons of each area with his honest opinion which we appreciated. He also showed us photos of the listings available and we were able to make the most of our Saturday and view a few homes. We appreciate his time and candid conversation. We look forward to working with Joe and the Century 21 Team for our future home needs.
