Cathy and her team were outstanding in helping us, as out of state buyers, tour the property via FaceTime, providing all necessary information about the property including a top notch inspector, recommending a fabulous lender since we didn't have much time between signing the contract and closing, familiarizing us with local utilities and procedures, aiding us through the closing process even during Hurricane Sally. and, unbelievably very quickly, finding a wonderful family to lease the property. She kept in constant contact with us every step of the way. You will be lucky to have someone so professional, responsive, courteous, wise and good natured to help you with your real estate matters.

Cathy was fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our home. We had multiple offers within 24 hours, which she helped to secure $5K above asking. She was very attentive to our concerns and quickly remedied any/all roadblocks as they came up throughout the closing process.
