We checked in after hours and the owners had the air conditioning locked on unit 607 at the Aqua in Panama City FL. So with the weather 74 degrees outside we were unable to turn the air conditioning on. I have never stayed at a property who gives zero access to the air conditioning. The best they could do is say they would have someone call us the next day. I would never rent from this company again.

We stayed a week at Pinnacle Condo in Pigeon Forge, TN and it was amazing! Our first trip to TN and this rental was everything we hoped it would be! Clean, beautiful and lots of space. This rental also had everything we could possible want/need for our trip. We took way too much thinking we would need extra blankets, towels, paper products, etc. but it had plenty. Thank you for an amazing, relaxing vacation!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary. We had many of our friends join us. We had an absolutely great time! I loved the game room and spent many a nights on the Pac Man machine! Great cabin, great porch, lots of space..... I could go on and on about how much I loved this cabin. Laura

My family and I spent 10 days in Gatlinburg at a lovely cabin named Favored by Fortune. This was our second year at this wonderful mountaintop home. The views are spectacular and the three levels gave us our own space. It has all the amenities of home and we hope to stay there again next year.
