History, real life drama, fantastic artifacts.
Who doesn't like sunken treasure! Much more history to learn about them just treasure, they have several different ships history in display. Well worth the education and learning experience. Be very careful ordering tickets on line, they have a VERY SPECIFIC web site to use. If you by tickets by just using Google you may end up using a third party and those tickets are not good until the next day.
Great experience! We took the gold package and got a behind the scenes tour. It was amazing! The archeologist was very smart and able to explain it all very well! Well worth the money! Do not miss it!
Something like a three or four. Of course, the treasure and Mel Fisher's story's the highlight and worth five stars all day long but I don't know, the whole experience wasn't as impressive as I thought it'd be.nnBlew through it in about an hour. Of course, didn't read everything or rent the extra headphones, but maybe should have. I don't know. Seemed like so many of the artifacts were mock ups and I wasn't too interested in the other exhibits because I really just came for the treasure.nnDollar water bottles in the lobby, is nice. And the building itself is really rather impressive, banyon trees and all.
Displays was beautiful and very educational. The staff was extremely rude and in a hurry for everyone to leave. We ask for help with a question in line while purchasing tickets and the lady told us she could not help us that she didn’t know. They was asking us to leave at 4:50. We encountered three different women and all three was rude. Two employees was mumbling among themselves that it was ridiculous that we and others was there and they wanted to go home as we was going inside. We purchased our tickets at 3:50pm and the sign stated the last to purchase a ticket was at 4:00. I understand at the end of the day you are ready to go home but have your hours changed or change your sign. I wouldn’t recommend this museum due to staff. Absolutely rude!
