I had been looking for an apartment for a few weeks now because I need to relocate to Miami but with everything that's been going on I couldn't see any apartments in person. I called the corridor and ended up leasing here because Juan urdaneta helped me with all of my questions and provided me with information and photos and made me feel sure of my decision. Recommended

Juan was really fast and helpful. He made so easy the rental application process. Also, the website is amazing, very easy to navigate. To apply you have to do it on the website which is super convenient.

I really enjoy staying here.. I love the fact that it is secured and the staff are very friend and helpful. They are very professional. My spouse and I have been living here for about three months now. Carolina Is very friendly and professional. She help us alot when we came for our viewing and answer all of our questions. Thank u so much.

Not sure how anyone is living here when it is literally impossible to get in contact with anyone that works for the complex. They don’t answer phone calls, they won’t respond to your texts, no one will respond to your voicemail so don’t even bother. The unprofessionalism alone is enough reason to not sign to this place. No one showed up to my appointment to view the apartment - take this as a red flag! If they’re this unreliable and unresponsive when you’re inquiring about renting a unit, what are they like if you actually sign and are now living there? ud83dudea9

You know what feels good about a place to call home?? To be able to create a humble and safe environment where working relationships can flourish! As a former resident in the newer building (784) in unit 306, when I had a concern, I was met with a prompt positive response and no resistance to what was bothering me. Not only were Brenda and Carolina timely in my requests, they did so willingly and with smiles on their faces. Carolina truly was an asset to The Corridor team as she was consistently on the front lines ensuring that high maintenance residents like myself were handled with care and the end result a positive one. I wish that team nothing but the best during the holidays! Thank you for an overall enjoyable experience on the upper east side of Miami at 784 NE 85th st, unit 306!
