Would not recommend to my worst enemy. The office is totally disrespectful. Constant notices on door. Residents are treated like dirt. Hopefully Air B & B are treated better. We still have no amenities and it's February 2021 All other nearby properties have full amenities. Cut off our water in the middle of a work week without notice or update. Had to take kids to a hotel to shower. Please look elsewhere unless you want to struggle every day!

The most important thing about Porto Bellagio is location.nIt is very quiet here and low traffic.nYou also have a beautiful intracoastal walk way.nThere is one block walking distance to a beautiful never crowded beach.nYou do not need a car to go shopping, there are a lot of different stores around.nThe residents are people of all ages. If you plan to take a long term vacation, you always come back knowing that everything is safe and sound.nThere is also a nice pool,  gym, clubhouse, computer room in the development.nIf there are any problems, the management office will resolve it asap.

The property is nice and the grounds are pretty well maintained. The office management treats people poorly - extremely disrespectful, always comes up with additional fees not listed in the lease agreement, rude, greedy, and takes advantage of new immigrants who speak and understand very little English. I can't wait to move out. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This building is nice, in a calm area with beautiful location BUT if you don’t want to feel yourself as you own something to the management stay away from that building.nnThey treat you like you are nothing,no difference if you are the owner or renter. You have a contract for a year or a half year and during that time you are in a trap: they do whatever they want, close pool, gym and other amenities for as long as they want.Even now, after the pandemic, we still have nothing at the pool area except the pool itself. And it’s open from 8-6,so if you are working that hours-you are not able to use your pool.The same with gym. The pool at our second building still remains close.nnI’ve never thought that the manager can affect the leaving in a nice building so badly. Lisa and Vivian are the rudest people I’ve ever met. Would not recommend this building to anyone.

Porto bellagio is an amazing place and have an amazing emplacement, but it would be simply more amazing without the administration People been so cold and not nice like that. They are so so cold and everything thing you ask them is like if you were asking them the biggest favour ever. Not very nice.
