We contacted Susan to help us evaluate,the best option on this 2020 unusual real estate market. She acted very professionally showing us several available options. Covid-19 protocol's made this very challenging, but Susan keep working very hard for being able to show us every condo in our list. I am very grateful to Susan Milgrom. I bought a house in Miami and my intention was to move from NY to Florida, but things changed and I had to make the decision to rent. I was recommended to work with Susan, she was kind, caring, and respectful of my rental needs, especially the fact that I don't live in Florida. Her knowledge and professional advice were right on target. She rented my house in less than 2 weeks. I loved the constant communication she provided as well as the great advice she gave regarding the best tenant selection based on the multiple applications she received. Now I have a great tenant who has been renting my property for 4 years.
