I believe good reviews they gave themselves , look at the names and team members on their website. The most unprofessional lady Matheu Marie-Laure, and she blamed broker for not submitting offer to the owner on time(because she didn't know how to open it on her ud83dudda5ufe0fud83dudcbb). Very sad situation ud83dude22

I was contacted by Lucrecia Lindemann Vice President of Dezer Platinum Realty back on January 14th, Ms. Lindemann hired my company for a cleaning service, where we did a deep cleaning on the balcony floor, plus the cleaning of the exterior panoramic windows (about 10 windows of at least 8 feet hight) and balcony glasses from the inside and outside (about 22 windows), as today's date March 18th of 2020, more than two months after I have not yet received the payment for such job, showing the unprofessional and unethical attitude from the owners of this company, I've wasted my time over the last two months trying to reach Ms.Lindemann, but only got a few messages back always saying the same, that they will do the payment and reach back to me in a few hours, which is always a lie, because they don't even have the decency on answer my calls, important to say it is only $300 dollar for the whole job, having this in mind, I wouldn't imagine how bad the experience of doing real state related deals can be. I hope with this they finally reach back to me and make the payment of a service it was provided more than 2 months ago!nJob was done at 801 S Miami Ave, Apt 2901, Miami Fl 33131
