Very unprofessional. Overpromised and under delivered. Richard would promise to meet us on a couple of occasions but would not show up. We had to call him to find out that he was at a closing and would not be able to meet us.nnWe had to run after Richard for a month to get our keys to the front door and to the mailbox. Richard had a new story every day explaining why he didn't have the keys until my wife flipped out on him and told him he better have the keys the next day. He wasted a lot of our time and had us running after him for far too long.nnWe will never do any business with this office and are trying to warn any potential buyer or seller.

Very awesone guy Richard, despite the other reviews i have not find any issues, he is always a very kind person and overall a superb realtor.

I would never dream about better experience than one I had with Richard Klassman and his assistant Samantha. I had two subsequent deals with Richard and in both he was competent, pretty exact, very helpful and friendly. Besides his direct duties, he has a wide network of professionals in different fields and some of them turned out to be very helpful in renovation etc. Samantha helps Richard with the same competence and desire to assist.nI strongly recommend Richard's service to anyone buying/selling the property in Winston Towers.nYuriy Kazachkov
