World Class Realty

Unfortunately this is my first bad Google Review (but I really felt I had to). I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with my interactions with 'World Class Realty'.nnThe realtors were 'nice' but not sincere, reliable or professional in their actions. I have been very accommodating with showings, especially with my concerns around COVID.nnAside from the last minute (sometimes same-day) requests -which are okay since they come up- the realtor has cancelled at the last minute, has been having other realtors show for him during time of COVID, and has even asked me if I can show my place to the buyers myself or let them wander in my home without a realtor (during COVID). This was my first red flag.nnI am writing this because after requesting a courtesy text from the realtor this morning to let me know when they are coming, the buyers arrived at my door after showing time with no notice. Realtor was late and called me as the buyers were already looking around without even introducing himself or apologizing. The whole experience was strange for both parties and I will no longer be working with them.nnI don't trust this company at ALL after these continued experiences. I have yet to get a call from my realtor other than an SMS saying 'It was very clear that they were supposed to meet in the lobby. But sometimes clients don't listen.'nnCan you believe this? They do not take any accountability!! Horrible business acumen and disappointing/frustrating experience overall.

Jessica Elmaleh (my agent) found me an apartment in one day. She is amazing, super friendly and responsive. I have been living in Miami for 10 years and I never met such a professional real estate agent.
