Great place to live overall! Staff is friendly and helpful, nice pool and gym, and good rent prices. Yes, there are certainly cheaper places to rent in the area, but Bradenton Reserve is worth the money because of the community. I always feel safe walking my dog at night here, neighbors are friendly, and there are two small dog parks. Maintenance also responds to service requests IMMEDIATELY.

By far the best experience with an apartment I’ve had. Maintenance was quick to fix issues. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I have been with Bradenton Reserve for 8 months now. And I am pleased with the whole staff. A situation occurred with the AC unit in my apt and from maintenance to the office staff, everyone was on board about resolving the matter. Much appreciation. I am Thankful to call Bradenton Reserve home. Right on everyone. ud83dudc4dBravo........

I've had the pleasure of living at Bradenton Reserve 3 years now, and I'm sad to be leaving! Dawn and Frazier were the dynamic duo- they and their team were incredible- friendly, informative, and always helpful! Great location to SCF Manatee for students, I could walk or skate to class when the weather was nice. The gym had a great set up, and the pool was a great way to relax and get to know a few neighbors when given a chance.

I loved my second floor apt with the balcony overlooking the pond with the fountain. Great white noise to sleep by. So zen. The high ceilings and layout were just perfect. I loved the screened balcony space. The manager and maintenance staff were so fast at responding. It was easy to request service through their app. If I am back in the rental market I would consider this place again.
