I was looking for some hand rails for the shower they have no sizes everything was a mess and that area very disappointing

We've been looking for a recliner or occasional chair for weeks and no luck. Saw their add in the Sunday paper and drove over today. I found the perfect sized recliner in linen and we purchased it and took it home. Their prices were also a lot mir reasonable than what we had seen at other stores. Lots of nice furniture, lamps, etc. Sales people let you browse and when you need them, they are there to answer any questions you might have. No pressure. We were thrilled with the experience.

What a chaotic disaster. Spending hour of wasted time trying to get to sliding glass doors that are in stock. Right there, I could see them. They’re on the second level shelf. But there is nobody in the entire store with the “license” to operate the equipment to bring it down. Who decided it was a good idea to run a construction supply warehouse with no way for people to actually buy the things they need? Nobody knows what’s going on, understaffed, re-organize the entire store so that nobody knows where anything is. What a joke.

Friendly and helpful employees here like Steve in electrical and Clarence in bldg materials. Kelley at customer service is extremely competent. I like their garden section, their moldings and lumber, electrical, lighting, and hardware and tools. The plumbing section is usually out of stock on a lot of things especially in the back aisle, and the PVC fittings and pipes are extremely dirty. The store definitely has a different feel than Home Depot. It's more fun to shop at Lowe's.
