I don't do a ton of reviews here. Jim worked with us yesterday with the patience and expertise of a saint. Their selection is huge and everything is solid quality. Jim worked through all our cabinet sizes, and even his personal recommendations for finishes, and styles after his many years helping setup kitchen's and other things. In the end, it was this outstanding customer service, the fact that it's local, and his genuine kindness that made it a no-brainer to go with them for all our hardware. After seeing all the other selection for doors and other things, I will most definitely be back. Thanks Jim!

Parking lot is great

Great selection but very poor customer service when it comes to returns.nI have waited well over a month for a $500 credit to be refunded to my credit card. I have verified to product has been recieved in the return department and I have documentation.nI have called Ginger 3 times now and left vm for her to no avail.
