If I had wanted to vacuum my own vehicle, I would have done it for less than half of what I paid at a local gas station. The thing is, I had no way of knowing I was paying full price for self service until after I paid. The guys stacked up at the entrance to the wash tunnel were so busy talking to each other that they half way cleaned the bugs off the windshield and didn't touch the grill. The wash cycle itself was amazing... kids will love the colored lights... that's what earned the two stars. Plus, the older gentleman who explained to me how to use the vacuum system and mat cleaners was very nice. Too bad he wasn't there at the beginning so I could make the choice of going thru or not. I am not against vacuuming my vehicle, I just wasn't prepared to do it today and had every reason to believe I was paying for full service. Ironically, the tip jar was on the right of my passenger window as I was leaving, just out of reach... like their services.

My first time upon arrival I was welcomed by Paul. He was very helpful and kind. He walked me threw the whole process as well as checked up on me during my time using the facility. My truck never looked so good. Great experience and will definitely be coming back. Thanks Paul.

I’m so glad I found this car wash! It is so convenient. My car looks like new every time I use it. The staff is friendly too. I definitely recommend!

The best car wash in JAX. Employees are so nice. The prices are great. Early bird special is $5 and the free vacuums, sprays, mat cleaners.

Best Car Wash in Jacksonville! Employees make all the difference.nnTo whom it may Concern,nnI would just like to express my Appreciation for your Car Wash. I use the Beaches location. It is ALWAYS spotless, and well kept. The staff is helpful, and is always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I would also like to Especially point out Paul. All the Employees are Excellent, but I see Paul always walking around, assisting the Customers and performing that extra effort that keeps me coming back. Paul was kind enough to inform me about the Monthly Plans. He explained the advantages of the Monthly Plans, and now have signed up for the Monthly Plan specifically due to him. He also pointed out the additional benefits of bringing my wife's car there also. I was sold, and now both of our cars are on the Monthly Plans. I really enjoy keeping my cars clean. Besides the Employees, and again a huge Thank You to Paul. I especially enjoy, and other customers I have talked too, LOVE the Compressed Air to blow out the crevices and nooks and tight spots that you just can't reach with other Car Washes. This single piece of equipment, is by far the biggest reason, other than your Employees, that People prefer your Car Wash.
