Too difficult to view properties online and no information at the house itself. They may be great in Lima but for Indian Lake area it was difficult to get information without jumping through multiple hoops.

Why did I not read the reviews before I rented! The home was adequate, quite nice, beds comfortable, clean. BUT, the Realty? not good. First we signed a contract to rent on Saturday. An hour and a half before we were to leave, I get a call from the realtor telling me that the owner told the renters that they could stay another day. She said could I wait until Sunday. I said no, that I had people coming that were only coming for a 3 day weekend. She was able to get the unit in front of the one we had rented...for the day. Which meant bringing out sheets in making the bed and then unmaking the bed, bringing all the food in and putting it in the fridge and then loading it back up and doing it all over again less than 24 hours later. Okay. so the realtor told me that as soon as the cleaners were finished we could move in & not wait until 3 pm. We wanted to go to the beach and we did not have enough beach chairs and there were not any at the place we were staying overnight so I went over to ask the cleaner if I could have 2 chairs. Another realtor, the one who represents the owner was there and she said sure but you can't move in until 3 pm. I have a showing of this place for a winter rental. The contract says 3 pm. I said the contract says I am suppose to be in there now. She said she would let me know as soon as she showed it and then we could move in. I told her at this point, I wanted the $250 booking fee back since they messed up and she said she would take care of it. On Monday I contacted the realtor that rented us the place and repeated the same thing to her and she said she would look into it. Due to lousy weather and the remnants of a hurricane coming, we opted to leave on Thursday as the weather was better where we lived and no sense sitting in a place where all its going to do is rain for 2 days. I contacted by email the realtor to let her know and again asked. She said she hadn't heard anything but would let me know. That was September 17. Its been 2 weeks. They breached the contract, I think I was being reasonable for the inconvenience that they caused us. The unit was fine, location was good, but their contract and their handling of the situation was horrendous. I would think twice about renting from this outfit. Also, VA Beach isn't that great. We are from DE and the beaches there are much better AND in NJ, especially Ocean City NJ. Will probably just go there next year or stay on the beach close to home. I thought the boardwalk was okay. Loved the separate bike path that ran along the boardwalk. Surprised to see homeless people sleeping on the grass in front of a couple of the big hotels. Or maybe they were just too drunk to go home.

Their properties have roaches. Stayed at one this week with my fiance. It was a nightmare. Three kids and one pregnant women and all these people offered to do was spray the house, while we were still there. We said no for obvious reasons. They should of rehomed us and then sprayed. The day we left they didnt even bother to treat the place and had another family checking in. Never ever doing business with them again

Extremely poor property management company for rentals. All they care about is getting your check. Extremely unresponsive to problem and does not return calls. Why risk your vacation on this fly-by-night company. The next time I'm definitely going through someone else for my beach rental.
