Man, most of these men and women are the most miserable SOBs, I've ever encountered in my entire life. Even if you are the VICTIM. They don't give two sh**s. I think I've only met one or two who treat you like an actual human. Sad and very disappointing to say the least.

How the woman who answers the phone keeps her job is beyond me. Her attitude is rude as all you know what. I will be writing a letter to some officials, congressman, governer and senator.

The Virginia Beach Police Department has THE HIGHEST civil rights infractions per capita in the entire state. The entire law enforcement and judicial system is rotten to the core. There are so many rats (the two-legged kind) it's crazy.
