As first time home buyers and moving from out of town, we had lost of questions about the area and the home buying process. Wendy walked us through step-by-step and shared helpful insight during the process. She has also surrounded herself with an awesome team that kept us on the straight and narrow towards closing.nWe would recommend her and the Sager Real Estate team over and over again. They were easy to work with and incredibly nice people. We are grateful that we chose to work with them.

Wendy Friewald Sager was our realtor for our sale. She went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. She offered professional photography and an app to help facilitate showings. In addition, she kept us updated with any news or information in a timely manner. Wendy was great to work with and we would recommend her time and time again!

We worked with a realtor from this agency to help us buy a property in the area. From the onset, the realtor kept on boasting that we cannot find a realtor more honest than him. He sent us listings regularly. Some listings were from his colleagues at the realty. We noticed that he might have been biased in favor of his colleagues' listings. We got very interested in a property listed by one his colleagues, so we sought guidance from the realtor to formulate an offer, and he proposed a starting offer, which he made verbally to the seller. He then encouraged us to negotiate counter offers, and suggested for us to jump to a maximum offer, which we trusted him with, and which was welcomed by the seller. But in the process, we discovered serious negative things (on the property condition and location) about the property which the realtor had overlooked, or ignored. We also realized that the starting and max offers that the realtor had encouraged us to make were overly too high in the face of the condition/location of the property, and past data. Also we believe that the realtor personally knew well the seller, but he didn't disclose it. At the end, when we defended ourselves against the above concerns, the realtor got quite angry, and he disconnected from us. So, in representing sellers, this agency may be fine. But in representing us as buyers, our experience was bad. We believe that our realtor ganged up with his listing-agent colleague to defend her and his interests and those of the seller, but not ours.

You can’t go wrong with using Cindy Hawkins at Sager. Our property was on the market for some time before we listed it with Cindy. Once she got it, we started to receive activity, then contracts. Cindy guided through the whole process and kept us informed all the way. Will be using her again when we have more real estate needs.
