I've been renting with Hasbrouck for eight years now - and honestly, I've had a very good experience with them overall. Their maintenance is very responsive, and has resolved pretty much every issue that I've had with my townhouse. My property manager, Buffy Gustafson, has been friendly and professional throughout! No complaints here -

Every interaction I've had with Hasbrouck has been positive so far, more than 3 months into my rental experience. The staff are incredibly professional, respectful and responsive. In this era of social distancing, they have also been creative in finding ways to support my needs as a tenant while respecting my work-from-home schedule and the need for mask-wearing by staff and maintenance contractors. The support of the management company is key to the rental experience. I would be comfortable recommending them to renters as well as landlords who might be interested in listing a property.

Not a good company. Agents bait-and-switch you into renting (look out for Courtney Cameron) and then go against their word once you're already moved in. Word of advice, get everything they tell you in writing/email, or else you'll pay for it down the road. Had to pay over $2000.00 to them as a direct consequence of being misadvised. Customer service is cutthroat and very far from empathetic. Moving forward I will always try to work directly with a landlord. Communication gets lost with a third party involved. They have zero power, do not admit to wrongdoing, and can not help even when you're blatantly misadvised.

I rented from Hasbrouck for over a decade. They provided personal service in finding the right homes for me and then my family and were always proactive with maintenance and solved any issues quickly and professionally when they did arise.

I’ve lived at Turtle Creek since 2001. The maintenance staff have always been responsive and professional once they received the work order. I have recently had to make a few request and they were handled promptly. Of note one of their techs Cole has been sent. HasBrouck is very lucky to have him on their team and representing the company. He’s ALWAYS polite, respectful and very considerate of my home and any clean up he might need to do. He recently came and included my grandson in repairing a door handle. That’s going above his duties, but that small gesture made my grandsons day!
