Jamie and his team are exceptional. As someone who has moved a lot for work, using his team to buy my house remotely was the best experience I have had. When it was time to sell my house, I had no doubt who I should call. We were under contract in 10 days and Jamie was helpful all the way through closing. I have recommended Jamie to anyone looking for the best in the Charlottesville area.

Taylor Averitte has gone above and beyond and then some in helping me with my closing. He has taken time again and again out of his busy schedule to work with me and meet face to face, phone calls, and answer any email questions I have had. He is outstandingly prompt, knowledgable, courteous, and humorous. He knows how to best serve you in your home buying process and will continue to work diligently with you until the very end. He has done an excellent job and I am very pleased with Mr. Averitte. Kudos to you! 10/10 and highly recommended.
