We love living at the Avenel for its modern kitchen, the amazing loft and patio! The amenities (gym, pool, playground, dog park & clubhouse) are very well taken care of and really high end. This is an amazing, safe community to life in- that is in a wonderful location! I would recommend the Avenel to anyone!!

I have recently moved into Avenel Apartments and I can’t say enough about the staff in the Leasing office as well as the maintenance guys. They have been extremely attentive to my needs and any questions that I have. I feel like I’m living at a resort! The complex is immaculate inside and out. Looking forward to this being a great experience.

Love it here. The grounds are always kept up with. The pool area is beautiful. And, the staff and maintenance crew is always pleasant. A+++

Good thing is that the community is quite, the staff host parties and free food sometimes. The maintenance are quite responsive. They have free grill tools. Of course, you pay all for that. The price is expensive, over 2000 dollars/ month.nnBad things is the Air conditioner is so weak, especially in the winter and live in the third floor with high ceiling.nnThe trash dumpsters are too far away. it is horrible to drag big chunk of trash all the way to the very corner of the community.nnThe ants are there from spring to summer to the fall.. Then next year they show up again in earlier spring.. They do take actions to deal with them, just not so effective.
