I am very indignant with these people, I went to look for an apartment in the photo everything was fine and we proceeded with the procedures to rent, but when we saw the apartment the appliances were disgusting, they are so that the person who was going to rent with me did not like it the bad condition of it. They were left to make the money back and we got tired of writing to the secretary and nothing to answer the calls. and at no time were contracts signed with them.

These people are scammers, they charge you in advance the month of rent, apart from the amount of checking the background. They show you the apartment by computer and when they finally show you the apartment is totally different from the photos. kitchen and bathrooms in poor condition. And if you disagree with the apartment, they do not return the advance monthly payment that they charged you.

So sorry to hear these reviews I lived with my parents 20 years ago and it was the best apartment I ever had I hope that things improve

Mold in air conditioning, open wires in basement near garage all over the place, bunch of bugs, empty promises of repairs that never get done. My window wouldnt open all year, my ceiling kept chipping and falling in the bathroom so you inhale drywall while using it, ELECTRICUTED EVERY TIME YOU HIT THE LIGHT SWITCH!!! (SAFETY HAZZARD!!!!), Constant power outtages, located next to 5 of the most prestegipre funeral homes.... Seriously, theres nothing but funeral homes around the apartment.
