Stephen Tallon and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! I had an amazing experience. Stephen sold my home to the very first potential buyer without even listing it for sale. I highly recommend him. He understands the industry, is very professional, and will go out of his way to make your experience flawless! My husband and I reached out to Stephen Tallon early March 2019 (right before the shut down/quarantine) to express interest in selling our current home and purchasing a new home. Little did we know a lot would happen that particular spring! Despite everything, Stephen helped us prepare our house for sale and we started our new home search. When we were ready he sold our house in 2 days. His advice and guidance throughout the entire process was immeasurable. We found our forever home with him and even after we finished settlement he is still an invaluable resource for us with any questions we may still have. I appreciated that any time I needed to ask him anything, he was there. No question was too dumb or silly to ask. He cared and went the extra mile for us no matter what.
