I can't say enough GREAT things about the Moore Maguire team! They were very helpful in educating me on the home sale process since it has been many years since I bought or sold a house. Learning things about staging, when to list, settlement was all very appreciative. No question went unanswered, no matter how small it was. If you are looking for a great team to help you sell your house, I would highly recommend them.

Brad Moore and his team are great to work with! He set me up with his buyers specialist, Kellen Yagel, who was absolutely amazing. In an extremely competitive sellers market, there were several times where I was up against multiple offers on multiple houses and Kellen never let me lose hope. She was extremely quick and responsive for showings, patient, optimistic and reassuring that I would find the right home even when I was convinced I wouldn't. As a first time home buyer, there is so much to learn and you need to be able to trust your realtor in guiding you through the extensive process. I can say without a doubt they made is so easy for me to trust them as their experience and knowledge of this area was so reassuring when it came to each step of buying a home. I would highly recommend Brad, Kellen and their KW team as they will definitely do everything they can to get you your perfect home!

Everyone at Moore Maguire has been very professional! Even after a year of looking, they never lost interest in helping us find our perfect home. And we did!! Once we found it, their networking team kicked in, inspection, insurance, home warranty, and security. It's been nice to know that everything has been taken care of.nAnd selling our original house was a breeze. Starting with researching the market, to staging the house, and clean, clear, and quality photography, the house looked great.nI highly recommend this real estate team!
