Moving to the Jefferson at Westtown was absolutely one of the best decisions I could have ever made. The neighborhood is utterly captivating and I must say that Kristian played a major role in why I made my decision. Alongside the other staff, she made me feel welcomed, did her absolute best to accommodate me in every way possible, and made my experience better than any other. The apartments here are completely breathtaking. From the appliances, hardwood floors, and spacious bedrooms, the Jefferson at Westtown has proven that even the smallest details mattered when it came to creating your home. The location is so convenient and I promise, you won’t be disappointed. If you are looking for a place to call home, make The Jefferson at Westtown your choice!

Great experience at Jefferson. Spacious, well maintained, clean apartment. Elizabeth the manager was fantastic. Maintenance staff impeccable. Highly recommended!

Caution . . .nnElizabeth (manager) falsely represented the cost and condition of the apartment. During the walk through it was discovered that the up charge for NEWLY installed hardwood floors (old with damage) was inaccurate as well as the new carpets (never installed - old and damaged). The apartment was in shambles leaving me officially displaced and movers arriving at my residence in two days. Further, repeated attempts to contact her went unanswered.nnThe apartment was not as agreed and she quickly offered a refund of my deposit stating she could rent the unit for much more. It took multiple emails and phone calls inquiring about the refund check which was finally received 12 weeks later.nnSuch as shame as JRK Property Holdings was recommended to me by a person working/investing in the company.
