Ryan did a great job returning a year after deck was stained and sealed to repair unexplainable peeling. We so appreciate this and will use him again!

Ryan Estrada , owner of this company is someone who does not stand behind his work . Initially he used to pressure wash himself , however he now hires college kids who are not professionals. I suspect he does this to keep his cost lownnAfter the job was completed , i noticed white stains all over my deck which were from solution left behind that was used to clean the deck. Also here were black stains at some places which were from spots missed. This was confirmed by an independent pressure wash company too whose owner is a school teacher and hence someone trustworthy. To confirm this personally I spot cleaned those spots and they came off . There were areas of siding and gutters that were missed or not cleaned right which I didn't even mention to himnnWhen I contacted Ryan he refused to come back since he was already paid and asked me to not contact him ever again. In his responses he kept mentioning that he is not in detailing business and in future to hire a different company. This confirmed for me that he is not detailed with his cleaningsnnPlease do not hire him if you are looking for quality work and someone who would stand behind their work even after they are paidnn-----------------------------------------------------------------------nMr Estrada in his below response says cause of white residue was explained. The white stains are not from the cleaning solution though with 100% certainty. Whatever the dark stains are I can't help you with.
