I lived there from 2017 until 2021.Old apartments slightly renovated poor air condition unit and excess leakage in air circulation so you will have constant cold during winter. I had to struggle with my new born with additional portable heaters. Maintenance has been changed to ZPM. Management people never respond and doesn’t return ur deposit to full because they use it to renovate after you vacate. Only man power is a person named BOB who takes care of the whole place with maintainence request. Person named Megan from Polo run is a cunning person I and my wife have requested to get the return of deposit check of 1000$ but she was always making us wait saying it’s in accounting department. Since we asked her many at times she started being rude and stopped responding to us. Recently after moving out of the apartment zpm confirmed that we don’t have any outstanding balance with polo run but she made sure one of our Aum bill is sent to collection agency. This bill has been paid through rentcafe their new portal even than she sent to collection agency just to screw up ur credits. Even though all these years we were prompt on all the payment zpm management and Megan is very irresponsive and doesn’t care of the impact they create on other personal life. Just want to let you guys know my horrible experience with Megan.

WoW what a disappointment this place has become. A colleague of mine lives here and I was considering moving here, but seeing his place and the issues he has persuaded me to look at other locations in and around Yardley/Newtown. Polo Run was pretty upscale some 25 years ago but I believe it changed hands and the management company doesn’t really care about the property. I was surprised that there still charging high rent here. The place I live currently is only four years old and I only pay $1200 a month And that includes water, trash, sewage. I have all electric utilities and my utility bill is only $77 in the summer and $115 in the winter.nnI wouldn’t mind spending 1400 a month and paying the utilities if the property was a four or five ⭐ufe0f property unfortunately it’s not. These apartments are not worth $1400+ a month, it’s unfortunate that the management company doesn’t care about their property and doesn’t put the money back into the apartment complex to make it look amazing like you did 25 years ago instead they collect the rent and pocket the money and the place looks like a dump. Miceud83dudc2d spiders ud83dudd77 and bugs ud83dudc1c are the things of nightmares in reading that you have these problems makes me want to move on and look for another place !!!

Polo run do better at responding to tenants. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t fixed the AC to my apartment, yet it’s summer!! Definitely not renewing my lease

Polo run gas been a nightmare. Bob the maintenance guy is great but I don’t even know if he is given the material he needs to be successful. The place is poorly managed and no one cares about the cleanliness. We have bees coming into the apartment aside of spiders and now cold weather because the windows are super old and don’t protect at all. When we moved in we had mice in the apartment that issue was solved, now we have bugs in and I am cleaning every day because I have a new born baby that plays in the area and in afraid she’s going to get stung. The common areas are very poorly taken care of, we have to swipe the common area weekly the stairs all the way to the first floor. No one cares for cleaning the hallway or stairs. The siding near our window is full of spider webs. this place is unreal.

Have been a resident for past 2.5 years but response from management has been pathetic for last 6 months. It takes multiple calls to reach someone and the voicemail box is always full. I agree with other reviews that utilities are insanely high, if not for Covid we would have moved out this year.
