Rocco was terrific to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He met with me immediately after I decided to list, answered all my questions, arranged for professional photography and listed my home on all sites within a day. I had many showings and offers within days and went under contract within 6 days. Rocco and his assistant, Angel were very supportive from listing through closing. I would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough to express what a wonderful, blessed experience it has been working with you. From the very start you calmed my fears about what was to happen throughout this journey. Your experience, knowledge, compassion & credentials made you the absolute best man I could have hired for this project. The fact that I had a pretty good sized home I’d lived in for 39 years & wanted to downsize to a condo in another state in itself sounded like a nightmare waiting to happen. But the fact that you are licensed in both Pennsylvania & New Jersey that was not at all the case with you at the lead. You were literally a God send for me & the proof is that I am sitting in my beautiful condo right now & my home has been sold as well. It doesn’t get any better than that Rocco, thank you for making this happen for me. You are the best.
