Police Department

Told the Police about an incident this past Friday. My friend was attacked, unprovoked assault by someone I mean punched for no reason, it was a hate crime, this person said my friend gave him a dirty look. All lies!!! The place in which he was attacked had cameras, The owner didn’t call the Police . Trying to avoid more drama and because I was with him we left. I was afraid. My friend went straight to the police station to file a report. He told them to look at the footage because cameras don’t lie. We didn’t hear back for two days. The Sargeant finally returned our call. The only thing he told my friend was that the other person was a good guy which means THEY KNOW this man. WTH does that supposed to mean??? He’s a good guy??? O you meant to say “you’re friends” If he’s a good guy why was my friend assaulted??? That man was clearly on HEAVY DRUGS!!! If you actually took the time to do your job, look at his police records look at the footage you would know we are telling the truth!! WTH is wrong with this world when you can’t even trust the Police??? You’re there to “protect and serve” all of us not to just “protect and serve your friends “ We needed your help and all you mentioned to say was that the man was a good guy??? A good person doesn’t just go punching and assaulting random people for no reason. We have MANY witnesses!!! Why on earth would my friend even waste his time with a fat old man and start a fight? Sad day in Northbridge.

The officers in Northbridge are all very nice. Anytime I have spoken with any of them, for any reason, I was treated respectfully by them. They take every complaint seriously and do a great job protecting our town.
