Bill's is top notch. Couldn't say enough kind words. On a Sunday we had a back up - what a mess! We called him and at first he wasn't able to help, but gave us a referral. Then a few hours later he called to see how things were going, the referral hadn't showed up yet. He came by, showed us where the lid was (he found this on the first try in a snow packed yard), fixed the issue and came back the next day to empty the tank. The Sunday rate was far below what ANYONE else was charging as we had called a few places. Absolutely an amazing person and business.
Tout fini ! Bill came, he pumped and he shared Invaluable tips on how to get the most from my system. I guess that's why I call him every year to pump the tank, hes quick and has a positive demeanor.

Best one around! Saved me $6k. One company said I needed a new pump, Bill looked at it and it only needed cleaning.
Kevin from Bill's Sewer service did a great job. He found and drew a map of my septic tank cover relative to fixed positions on my home. He carefully filled back the holes he dug and took it upon himself to neatly mark the cover with by seating flush with the lawn, some spare paving bricks I had under my deck. He not only had the shortest wait time for an appointment but he also his fee was $75 less than the next lowest bid. If you are looking for reliable, excellent quality work with quick turn around and the best price. Give them a call.
