We got a full central air and heat pump system installed from scratch by Beantown. Through the whole process it was a very positive experience. We took advantage of the Mass Save rebate and loan programs, and the office staff did an excellent job coordinating everything on that front. The installation was completed by Chris and his crew, and we can't say enough good things about them. They got everything done on time, cleaned up as they went, and were overall a friendly and professional group. Chris explained clearly each day what they would be doing and how the whole system worked, and they all were very respectful of us and our time and our home. I highly recommend Beantown and am glad we chose them for this project.

My gas furnace died over night. I called Beantown in the morning and within an hour then had a technical at my door. Because it was emitting dangerous levels of carbon monoxide the furnace needed to be replaced, Within two hours a team arrived with a new furnace and did an exceptional job of taking out the old furnace and installing a new one. They made sure not to damage carpeting and left as if they had never been here. I recommend them without hesitation.

We made the switch to Beantown a few years ago because we were tired of individual HVAC repair people not calling us back or showing up when they were scheduled to. Beantown runs a tight ship and you can always count on them to show up when they are supposed to. You can also feel confident that they are going to do the job right. Recently we had them install a mini-split heating system in our basement and to fix some duct issues in our attic. My husband and I were very impressed with the work and the personnel, especially Matt and Shane.

I am OVER THE MOON with the work that Eric and Paul did when installing our ductless system. They were both so pleasant and efficient. Eric was a wealth of information! It is a great comfort knowing that there is a company out there that my husband and I can trust. Thank you all for being so wonderful. I mean that!
