So far so good as this is my first place and first apartment. They seem to be very clean and my neighbors have been friendly. I have not had to call maintenance yet, so I can’t speak on that. My leasing agent is Elena and she has been great since the beginning of the process. I’m excited for summer so I can see how the 2 pools are maintained and kept and take full advantage of that amenity. The rent is on the higher end but I am please thus far.
Bailey was amazing in explaining everything about the apartment/complex. Very nice person, I am glad she was there to help. Office staff was also quick when I needed answers, always nice and professional. The apartment I rented was very nice and affordable. Also, the lease was fair and didn’t make you feel completely locked in if something came up. Overall, I had a great experience at this place.
It's a great place to live. It's quiet; the apartments are clean and with newly upgraded appliances. Our residents are very friendly and helpful. The landlord/office manager Bailey is fantastic,. The maintenance is always on time if you need anything to be fixed. The apartments are in close proximity to the major shopping centers which is great! We highly recommend it!!!
Nice apartment. Convenient.Spacious. Maintenance is prompt with service requests. Office staff friendly. Cost not horribly priced.No resident clubhouse or gym. Ok I suppose. Pool. Lived here about a year now. However, not renewing lease per noise and disturbance issues with neighbor since the month we moved in. Yet, they are STILL residents. Reason we are moving. Praying for the next tenants here. Probably won’t keep anyone in this unit smhud83eudd37ud83cudffd♀ufe0f
We just visited the other day and applied for a new apartment today. There are a variety of spacious apartments, all brand new, and great prices to match many people's needs. The grounds are well kept and quiet. Bailey, the leasing manager, is the best leasing manager I have ever worked with. She is thorough, friendly, and responds so quickly!
