Their leases are seriously whack. I had Knox housing and lawyer review their lease and my lawyer brought concerns to my attention. When I addressed these with the property management, she was defensive and told me she was happy to refund my security deposits. I just wanted her emailed answers to match the contract I was asked to sign - but they were unwilling to chabge the contract and wanted me to accept the email as corrections to the contract.

Sadly our experience has not been a good one matter of fact terrible. We made the decision to use the same relitor for the same house we were purchasing thinking it would be beneficial to help with communication with saling and purchasing but sadly it has been a nightmare. The professionalism and value of service is terrible. Most of the time we felt we had no relitor. Sadly while saling our home we have had multiple issues with other relitors show up hours early before show times to after saling our home to having multiple groups of people at once showing up not knowing anything about it to at one point we were asked if a painter could come by to get an estimate for the buyers to repaint it would take 20 minutes we agreed but sadly it ended up six different cars of people from the painters the buyers the buyers family members and their relitors we we're never informed after calling our relitor once again they say they had no idea but the full house of visitors that showed up all said he knew...Keep in mind we are packing and have boxes every where. Then there are delays in the home we are purchasing and never informed. The original closing for the new home was to be May 1st but the realitor said to push it back a month to closing June 1st in case of delays with stipulation that our home sales with a lot of money down on the new home and with the Corona epidemic there were worries on getting the home sold on time for the 1st June. So after getting a offer on our home and feeling pressured to get the house sold and remained from the relitor that our contract with the new home and alot of money we put down would be lost if we didn't sale so we excepted an offer that we really wasn't happy with and felt we could get a better offer. Sadly to find out days later after our house sold that the builder's were a month behind and we could not move in on the 1 June.. If they would of informed us of this information we would of held off for a better offer on our home. Our experience with the builder of the home we are purchasing and our home that we sold has been very stressful with a lot of hardships. At times people being very rude.This whole experience has been awful ud83dude1e our other friends saling their home say their experience with selling their homes have been nothing like we have experienced and stated they would of fired them long ago. I would ask around and look in to whom you choice in selling your home and whom you deal with when it comes to builders. We never imagined that we would have a nightmare experience like we are dealing with. Everyday we say hopefully it will get better sadly still waiting.
