I can't say enough good things about them! I was introduced to Cassie Holley through a friend and my husband and I loved working with her. We just purchased our first home and she made it happen. We were nervous and very uneducated in the process. She answered every question we had and made sure this process was as stress free as she could. She had great advice and she went to bat for us on several occasions to make everything as smooth as possible! She's experienced, knowledgeable, and definitely made us feel like she cared about us and our end goal. We have found a realtor for life!

My wife and I worked with Joni as we prepared to move to town. From showings to closing the entire process was really great. Fun even! Joni was really easy to communicate with and always had answers to my questions. (As a first time buyer, I had a lot.)nnWe highly recommend Joni and the entire team at Melloan real estate. We are very happy with Cassie Holley and Melloan Real Estate. Coming from out of state it was hard to find a house in the Elizabethtown area. Cassie was there when we arrived and found what we needed. She was a very crucial aspect in our move and it went smoother than expected.
