Wow it was almost like the buyer was standing in the yard when they were putting the sign in the ground. Roger Mcmaster did an awesome job selling my lake house. I would recommend him and his team any day. I have never closed on a house so fast and the paper work was a breeze.

Mr. Mark Haynes was just what the doctor ordered!nnThis was my first time as a seller, and outside of ballpark idealization I really had no idea how this was going to go. Additionally this was an older home that needed a little help and I would be out of the country for the sale. Mark gave excellent advice, told me what was worth putting time and treasure into and what was best for the eventual buyer to do themselves as a typical practice/preference. I went into the selling period pretty confident, we got a plethora of buyer choices the opening weekend and closed a month and a half later. Appreciate these folks so much, thanks! Smooth operators.
