Shellie Washer from Hardin Homes is an amazing realtor. She went out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our home purchase. She is incredibly knowledgeable, making sure we understood the area and all the types of housing that were available. She gently guided us through the home buying process, giving us great advice as needed, but never pushing and always looking out for our best interest. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a realtor.

We moved to the area from out of state and Brock Benningfield was our realtor. He made the process smooth by promptly sending all the information requested about properties. He worked very hard for 10 months to help us find our perfect home. His knowledge of the area was invaluable for someone coming from a different state. Brock went above and beyond before and after closing. I'm grateful for all of his patience and hard work.

Brock Benningfield was great to work with. He helped me buy a house when I got to Kentucky and then was very willing and able to help me sell it 5 years later, and was able to help me make some money to put towards my new home out of state. He made sure I made good decisions that were well informed and he would point me in the right direction when I needed help with different parts of the transaction to other quality people he trusted. This being my first house to buy or sell it was a hard thing to do but Brock made it as easy as he could for me. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. He truly cared about me and my interest during the whole process. You don't find that alot of the time. If you want quality work, give Brock a call.
