Do not trust Kent Gibson if you are the seller and he's working for the buyers. POS tried to short me over $2000 at the closing, luckily he'd already shown how untrustworthy he was, and I read the papers word for word and caught it. I would have told him and the buyers where they could shove the house had it not been for my agent. Only words I have for this greedy SOB, is what goes around, comes around.
