From day one Amy has shown a stellar combination of professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care. We have lived at Tunnel Hill for some time, and we have always been blown away at the care that we've received as residents. There may be some places that are great to you when they want you to sign a lease, but we've been treated like a cherished guest from the beginning to the present day. The grounds are well kept, maintenance resolves issues very quickly, and if questions arise, Amy has been quick to answer them. I really can't imagine a more dedicated manager and staff.

I had went to look at an apartment and fell in love! Ms. Amy Smaagaard assisted me through the process and was super sweet and patient with me! It felt great knowing that she did care to get us in a place that we would like! If we find ourselves looking for a place again, I would reach out to them for sure again! Thanks for your hardwork!

Lived on one of their properties for three years, never had even a slight issue. Maintenance was freaky fast often fixing my issue within 24 hours. Property management was always easy to get a hold of the couple of times I needed them. Good neighbors too.

I lived in Dolphin Hill Apartments and I had an amazing experience! From the approval process, to actually living in the apartment for almost 2 years exactly...I never had any issues. The maintenance team is awesome, and very responsive. Amy was wonderful to work with. I will always recommend renting from Etown Apartments! :)

Feeling blessed is how I started my morning once I viewed my new residence!! Awesome!! Clean!!!! Beautiful Modern Apartment right here in Elizabethtown!! This is Etown Apartments!! Finding an apartment in this part of Hardin County was quit difficult until I came across ETOWN Apartments! 1st I have to say the website is pretty accurate--what is presented is what you'll see and get!! These apartments are beautiful, modern, clean, and property is well kept!! Paperwork is precise and management goes over lease with you--so the process was very informative and will answer any question you may have! Also, the paperwork details all your local schools, utilities, and internet/cable services connected to the apartment--no worries!! Management was so patient and pleasant to work with my schedule to make sure I had a smoooth transition into my new apartment! Loved Her!!!!! I would recommend Etown Apartments to anyone looking for great managed, modern, and clean apartment! Plus, the locations of their properties are in excellent places to live!! So, find one for YOU!!
